My Ride — Terms of Service (Draft)

1. Accounts and eligibility

Users must submit truthful account information. Driver access and verification requirements, minimum age and licensing rules must be defined and reviewed.

2. Ride requests and acceptance

Drivers may submit ride offers, but a ride is confirmed only after the passenger approves the selected driver. Define the cancellation, no-show and dispute policies before launch.

Initially, My Ride intends to serve trips within Khanewal city. A provisional 4 km radius around central Khanewal limits test bookings; it is not a surveyed administrative boundary. Both pickup and drop-off must be inside the configured service zone. Trip requests or driver coverage outside this planned area are not guaranteed. Service launch, coverage boundaries, and any expansion must be confirmed in the app before users rely on availability.

3. Fares, deposits and commissions

My Ride currently uses manual driver wallet deposits, requiring external Easypaisa payment and administrator approval. A driver commission is charged on passenger-confirmed ride acceptance. The current commission rate is configurable by authorized administration and must be disclosed within the product. Establish precise negative-balance rules, failed payments, corrections and any refunds before launch.

4. Safety and prohibited conduct

Drivers and passengers should follow applicable laws and respect each other's safety. Define prohibited conduct, complaint handling and safety escalation procedures before launch.

5. Data, suspension and deletion
